Delivery of products is powered by courier companies that fulfill our requirements and have been selected by Gift4Season in order to be in the position to offer you high-quality services.
Deliveries are realized throughout the day, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm.

GREECE : All shipments are free for purchases over 50 €, while those below 50 € costs 4.00 € (+ 1.00 € delivery ) ( Returns are at the customer charge)
CYPRUS: All shipments are charge 8,00 € (+ 5.00 € delivery ) ( Returns are at the customer charge)

If the country to which Products are shipped and delivered is outside E.U., there is a probability that you may be required to pay customs duties, fees, taxes etc by the competent Authorities. Gift4Season cannot in any case control such charges and in no case can inform Customers about relevant costs. In such cases, Customers bear the relevant charges. Gift4Season undertakes neither liability nor obligation to pay for or restitute in any way thereof, such charges.
Once you have placed your order, delivery will take place within 3 or 5 working days. For destinations characterized by the courier company as “hard-to- access”, delivery time might vary. In any case, we will make anything possible so that your order is delivered to you the soonest possible, even before the foreseen delivery time. (*) For orders executed through bank account deposit, it is imperative that the deposit of the amount in the bank is verified.
In case that your order is delayed for any reason, you may contact our Customer Care department on working days from 11:00 am to 19:00 pm ,so that we can inform you about the exact delivery time.
Your order might be delayed due to the following reasons:
The product you have ordered is not available: among the products displayed in our e-shop, in rare occasions some product might be out-of-stock and our online system is not automatically updated regarding this product’s availability. In this case, a member of our personnel will contact you directly in order to offer you all possible alternative solutions or even arrange to cancel your order without any charge.
In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure that might affect the transport and delivery of your order.
In case that it is impossible to get hold of you on the phone and/or reach you through e-mail to inform you that some issue has arisen concerning your order (either related to the product or its payment); for instance, to inform you that the personal information you have given is not accurate or up-to-date.
